What is your return policy?

All products are non-returnable. We currently do not have a system that works well with returns. If you do have a problem with a product, please contact us by emailing Shelbey at thehappyhomesteadstore@gmail.com . We want you to be happy with your purchase, but are also a small family run business. So please be kind as we are real people and we'll be kind back. 

Do you restock items if you are out of a certain size?

This is a brand new venture that we started up with cash. I wasn't sure what the reaction would be to the store so ordered small amounts to begin with, however we are more than happy to restock popular items to ensure that everyone has a chance to grab what they would like if the products are still available to us. 

What is your shipping policy?

We offer $5 Flat Rate Shipping. This is an area we believe our small business and customers could meet in the middle. So much more goes into shipping than the actual cost of shipping including adorable packaging. I am all about affordable shipping so still want to offer something that doesn't break the budget. 

If you are local, we do offer FREE pick-up. 

Do you have a physical location?

This is something we will be working towards. We live in Haviland, Kansas. A small town that we've always wanted to find a way to pour into in a unique way to us. Our vision for this business was to create a storefront in our small town and we hope to achieve that in the near future. For now, we are only online.
